INK, NOT MINK


In this advertisement by PETA, a famous R and B singer tries to persuade people not to use fur. the advertisement it titled "Ink, not mink". Under the persuasive element of speaker are 2 important factors, credibility and attractiveness. As a famous singer, Mario Barrett is attractive to many people who may become persuaded by this element to not use fur. The advertisement also brings with it a "Feel good" effect which may further persuade people not to use fur. This "Feel good" effect comes from the fact that if they do not use fur, many animal lives may be spared.
