This is an advertisment urging people to cut down the consumption of fast food so as to prevent certain health conditions caused by obesity. This message is conveyed using the effect of arousing fear. In modern society, physical appearance has been becoming the most important trait among people. Thus, such as image will be effective as it show a fat man on a wheelbarrow, showing difficulty in mobility due to obesity. This image will also evoke negative feelings in people who fear to gain weight, and hence, discourage them from eating too much fast food. It made them fear the consequences(obese) and also provide them solution to prevent themselves from becoming obese (cut down on fast food).
